The Edison

What to Expect: A highly themed, 1920s electric company that serves American cuisine with a gothic twist. The Edison is probably the most underrated restaurant in Disney Springs, as it truly is exuberant with 35-foot ceilings and seven different themed areas: The Ember Parlour, Telegraph Lounge, The Patent Office, The Tesla Lounge, The Radio Room, Waterfront Patio, and The Lab. Each room has its unique ambiance, but all play into the overarching theme of gothic sophistication.

Tips and Tricks: The Edison is one of the best restaurants at Disney Springs for adults, as there is even live entertainment with burlesque dancers, flappers, and even aerialists. Guests will find stilt walkers (almost Disney characters!) taking a stroll around the bar, which adds an extra layer of uniqueness. What to Expect: Splitsville is not only one of the best restaurants in Disney Springs, but it also is a 50,000-square-foot entertainment building. What to Expect: The best place to eat at Disney Springs for wine lovers, as Wine Bar George offers more than 140 wines. The Rhythms of Raglan Dance Show performs from noon to 3:00 PM for guests to enjoy, as well.

Q: How much does it cost to bowl at Splitsville Disney Springs?

A: The cost of bowling at Splitsville is different depending on when you bowl.
On Monday – Friday, from open to 4 PM, it is $20/per 4 PM bowler, and then after 4 PM, it’s $24 per bowler. On Saturday and Sunday, it costs $24 per bowler from open to close. A dining reservation does not guarantee a lane, so make sure to reserve a lane separately.
