You'll receive two emails after ordering. The first confirms your order and describes your purchase — please do not bring this one to the park, it is not your ticket. The second email contains your actual e-tickets and is sent to the address you provided at checkout.

Tickets are typically sent within a few hours when ordered during business hours (Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM ET). Due to supplier requirements we can no longer accept next-day ticket orders placed after 6:00 PM ET. You'll be asked to present a matching photo ID at the park gate.

Guests can use Disney MagicMobile or a MagicBand to link tickets and head straight to the gate. If you'd rather pick up a physical ticket, exchange your e-ticket at any Walt Disney World will-call location before entering the park.

All Walt Disney World tickets can be linked to your My Disney Experience account and MagicBands, and are eligible for Lightning Lane Multi Pass purchase. Link your tickets in the My Disney Experience app as soon as you receive your confirmation.

Universal Orlando reservation numbers are emailed to each guest after purchase. Guests can use these reservation numbers to turn their tickets into e-tickets 3-days before their visit. For guests with multi-day tickets who are taking advantage of early park admission you will take your confirmation number directly to any ticket kiosk or ticket booth to redeem. Booths open an hour before Early Park Admission.

Use the e-ticket in your email to go straight to the gate. If you prefer a physical ticket, exchange your e-ticket at any Disneyland Resort will-call location before entering.

Validity. Tickets are valid beginning on any day within the period selected at checkout and printed in your confirmation email. Days do not need to be used consecutively, but tickets do expire. If a ticket goes wholly unused by its expiration date, its value can be applied toward a new ticket of equal or greater price. Expired tickets must be exchanged at Guest Services.

Changes. You can change your ticket dates any time before midnight ET the day prior to your first valid use date. There is no change fee, though higher-priced dates cost more. After your first valid day has passed, visit Guest Services to add days or ticket options. No refund is issued when changing from higher-priced dates to lower-priced dates.

Refunds. The Park Prodigy is an authorized travel agency selling the same tickets you'd buy at the parks, and we follow the refund policies of both the Walt Disney Company and Universal Parks & Resorts. All tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be used by the same person on all days.

Restrictions. Tickets are valid during normal operating hours only. Parks, attractions, and entertainment may close for refurbishment, capacity, weather, or special events, and hours may change without notice. Admission to separately ticketed events is excluded. Additional restrictions may apply and benefits are subject to change.

Package reservations are not guaranteed until Disney issues a confirmation number. We submit all package orders immediately during business hours, and first thing the following morning for overnight orders.

The packages we sell are identical to booking directly with Disney, plus the added benefits of working with our team. We abide by the Walt Disney Travel Company terms and conditions.

Pricing. All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change until the package is paid in full. Prices are for the total package and cannot be broken into individual component prices. After full payment, price remains subject to change from government taxes or charges, or from modifications to the package. Everyone on a reservation must be on the same package. Additional adult charges may apply for more than two adults per room. If air travel is included, airfare is not guaranteed until paid in full.

Reservations are not guaranteed until Universal issues a confirmation number. Rates shown include hotel taxes. Packages and rates are subject to change without notice and restrictions may apply. Prices are guaranteed once full payment is received by Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations, which reserves the right to re-invoice if an error is made computing the package price.

Hotels. Check-in is generally 4:00 PM and two double beds are standard unless otherwise stated. In-room safes, rollaway beds, cribs, gratuities, resort fees, parking, laundry, phone calls, meals, beverages, and other incidentals are not included and are paid directly to the hotel. Adjacent or connecting rooms, room locations, bedding types, and smoking preferences are requests only and subject to availability at check-in. Please tell us about any special needs when booking.
