SeaWorld does not have the typical hours of Disney or Universal so we always find that arriving early to rope drop is best to get the most out of your day. This will allow you to get the popular roller coasters out of the way early. We also recommend staying until the park closes as lines will start to die down later in the evening.

We pride ourselves on fast customer service. All orders received during normal hours Mon-Fri (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) will be processed within a few hours. On Saturdays and Sundays (9:00 AM-2:00 PM) your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. Guests can always call our office during normal operating hours if traveling within 24 hours to expedite their ticket order.

Redemption

Your SeaWorld Orlando ticket confirmation number will be emailed to each guest after purchase. You can print these electronic tickets out at home or scan them on your phone the morning of your visit to go straight to the park gates. It’s important that the party leader has their photo ID or credit card with a matching name the first time you use your tickets.

Are your SeaWorld Orlando tickets refundable?

The Park Prodigy is a registered travel agency and must abide by the refund policies put forth by our vendors. All SeaWorld Orlando tickets purchased through our online store are nontransferable and nonrefundable. However, guests can always upgrade any wholly unused theme park tickets to visit on a different date.
