Renting a stroller from Walt Disney World directly will be one of the more expensive options but it may also be the easiest. Renting a stroller directly from Walt Disney World also means you will only have access to the stroller while you are in the Parks or at Disney Springs. This can be good or bad as you won’t have to worry about folding up the stroller when getting on busses; but can also be inconvenient if you’re leaving the Parks late and have to lug around a sleeping toddler. You can find the full details about renting a stroller directly from Walt Disney World here.
There are several outside companies that can be used for renting a stroller and most of these companies accept reservations online. Each company provides different things, ranging from types of stroller that can be rented, to what kind of gear is included. Ultimately, you’ll have to decide exactly what you need and what kind of budget you have for renting a stroller. A positive is that, most Disney stroller rentals places in 2023 drop the stroller off right at your Disney resort.

One of the most common questions we receive is, how much is a stroller rental at Disney? And the cost of renting a stroller can vary depending on who you decide to rent from, but again Walt Disney World will be the most expensive option. For a one day single Disney stroller rental, you will be paying $15 per day. What is unique about Disney stroller rentals is that you can prepay for your stroller for the length of your stay for only $13 a day.
There is a similar process for double Disney strollers, but please note these can only accommodate 100 lbs. These will run you $31 per day or $27 per day if renting on a multi-day basis. If you’re only staying a night or two, this might just be the best deal, but over a lengthy trip, the cost can really add up.
The biggest downfall of renting a Disney stroller is that you may not leave any park with your stroller. If you are park hopping, you leave your Disney stroller at the first park, and then bring your receipt to the second park where they will provide you with a new stroller.
For a longer stay at Walt Disney World, it might be smarter to book through a third party stroller rental company. This option allows you to have a stroller with you throughout your entire stay, and can end up being cheaper than Disney stroller rentals. Every company has a different pricing structure depending on the size and model of stroller and length of stay, but most generally charge a higher rate for your first 1-3 days and then a much cheaper rate per day after that.
All Kingdom Strollers are padded and come with rain covers and cooler bag attachments. Delivery is available for most Orlando area hotels, resorts, and homes at no additional cost.
Orlando Strollers also come with rain covers and a six-pack sized cooler at no additional cost. They also offer free delivery to most Orlando hotels.

You’ll also be happy to know that when renting a stroller at Disney, you can also rent a double stroller. Of course, you might need a Disney double stroller for a few reasons with one being if you are traveling with two (or more) young children. Rental Strollers at Disney are made of plastic and do not recline. Single strollers are all the same size. If you think that a single Disney stroller may be too small and cramped for your child, you may consider double stroller rental at Disney. In that case we do find the double stroller to be a great deal.
As you can see the price of a double stroller at Disney will cost you $16 more per day or $14 more for a multi-day Disney stroller rental.
Another common question, we receive is, how big are the Disney Strollers? Single Disney strollers are 19.4” (49.3cm) wide, 39” (99.1cm) deep, 41” (104.1cm) high while double strollers are 31.5” (80cm) wide, 39” (99.1cm) deep and 41” (104.1cm) high. Bigger kids may be more comfortable in a double stroller and can give you a bit more space in the back pocket of the stroller. It is important to keep in mind the Disney stroller rules that the double Disney strollers can only accommodate 100lbs.

If you’ve flown into Orlando for your vacation and don’t have a car, you’ll be happy to know that most outside companies will deliver the stroller directly to your resort. Walt Disney World recently changed their rules on deliveries to the resorts and now require guests to be present to accept delivery of a stroller rental.
Third party Disney stroller rentals can no longer be left at Bell Services, so be sure to make arrangements ahead of time. The only exception to this rule is Scooter Bug, who is the official preferred vendor of strollers at Walt Disney World. They are currently the only company allowed to leave stroller rentals with Bell Services at a Walt Disney World resort. You can see all of the options they have available here as well as pricing.
Aside from Scooter Bug, other companies to rent strollers from include:
Each company has its own policy when it comes to hours of delivery, so check with your provider to be sure you don’t run into any snags during your vacation. Always check with the specific stroller rental company that you’re interested in booking with to make sure they can accommodate you. Additionally, some third party sources don’t deliver to Walt Disney World resorts, so be sure to check on specific delivery requirements as well. However we do feel like the options above are great choices for renting a stroller at Disney World.
If you are staying off property, you’ll be happy to know that most non-Disney hotels will allow strollers to be delivered to Bell Services without the guest having to be present.

What is so wonderful about all of the different Disney stroller rental options is that you can make your vacation whatever you want it to be! Some families want to head straight into the parks or don’t have time to arrange a stroller pick-up or drop-off. Whatever your vacation need is, there is a Disney stroller rental option for you!
As mentioned before, some stroller rental companies will allow you to pick up the stroller in person. In fact, Magic Strollers will actually give guests picking up their stroller directly a 25% discount, so if you have a car, check to see if your rental company offers these types of discounts.
You can also opt to pick up your stroller rental from Orlando airport if you decide to rent from either Kingdom Strollers or Orlando Stroller Rental. This is a great option if you don’t feel like dealing with the hassle of meeting someone for delivery at your resort, but still want to use either of these companies.

This is really going to depend on what you need from your stroller. The Disney stroller rentals inside of the theme parks are going to be the least amount of frills, but also a pretty basic stroller. It is made from plastic and rather bulky, but it is the simplest to rent if you’re already in the parks.
So make sure to ask yourself all of the important questions before making your final Disney stroller rental. Do you need extra storage space? Are you using it for a younger child or an older one? Do you need extra gear? If you’re traveling with multiple children, will it be easier for you to handle one double stroller or two smaller ones? These are all things to consider when choosing what kind of stroller you need to rent for your trip to Walt Disney World.
