What is the Least Expensive Disney World Resort?

top-disney-resort-pools

Let’s start this guide with the most common question we receive which is, what is the least expensive Disney World resort? As a general rule of thumb, the least expensive Disney resorts will always be the Disney All-Star Resorts, which are made up of All-Star Music, All-Star Music, and All-Star Sports and have starting rates around $159 per night. The other value resort which tends to be one of the least expensive hotels on Walt Disney World property, is Disney’s Pop Century resort however, it’s typically around $20-$30 more on average as it is connected to the Disney World Skyliner. Last but not least, guests looking for the least expensive family suites should always check out Disney’s Art of Animation resort and possibly even the Caribbean Beach Resort for a great moderate hotel.

We would say that some of the downsides of the Disney Value resorts would be that guests do have to take bus transportation to Disney World parks outside of Disney’s Pop Century and Art of Animation, which has the Skyliner for EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. There are also no table service restaurants at the Value resorts at this time and guests will only have access to the food courts at each resort.

The least expensive Disney value resort?

From my experience helping our clients, Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort is the cheapest Disney World hotel. However, it’s typically only around six dollars cheaper per night when compared to the other two All-Star resorts, which are All-Star Movies and All-Star Music. It’s also important to note that the length of stay can play into this. When I compared a seven-night stay during one of the slower times of the year, all three hotels had the exact same price.

The least expensive Disney World resort suite?

We typically find the suites at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort to be the least expensive option for families of 5-6 looking to stay in one suite.

What is the least expensive Disney Moderate resort?

Generally, we typically find Disney’s Coronado Resort to be the most affordable moderate resort in Disney World. On a recent comparison, I found Disney’s Coronado resort to be $250 per night, compared to Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside and French Quarter to be $272, and Disney’s Caribbean Beach to be $290 per night.

What is the least expensive Disney resort near EPCOT?

The least expensive hotels within walking Distance to EPCOT are actually Marriot-owned hotels in the Disney World Dolphin and Swan resorts. The reason why these are considered the cheapest is they often come with the same benefits of the Disney World deluxe resort which can be found on the Disney Boardwalk however they are typically only a fraction of the price with rooms starting around $220 per night.

What is the least expensive Disney deluxe resort?

We have found that Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge is typically the least expensive deluxe resort at Walt Disney World. Our recent analysis found that Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge was $484 per night for a seven-night stay, with Disney’s Wilderness Lodge coming in a close second at $527 per night. This is compared to the highest for the same period, which was Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort at $790 per night.

Our favorite Disney World value resort based on price?

As a general rule of thumb, we almost always go with Disney’s All-Star Movies resort if you are simply trying to get the cheapest Disney World hotel. The reason we pick All-Star Movies over Sports and Music is it’s typically the exact same price of around $159 per night and we feel that the Disney World theming is more enjoyable at this hotel.

Our favorite Disney World value resort based on transportation?

If easy transportation to and from the parks is important for you, we will always lean towards Disney’s Pop Century Resort. It’s typically around $30 more per night when compared to Disney’s All-Star resorts; however, it’s also connected to the Disney World Skyliner, which will conveniently take guests to Disney’s EPCOT and Hollywood Studios.

Our favorite Disney World moderate resort based on price?

Our favorite Disney World moderate resort also happens to be the least expensive, and that is Disney’s Coronado Springs resort. Although this is one of the larger hotels on Disney World property, we simply love the affordable standard room rates and the close proximity to all of the amazing restaurants that this hotel has on the property. Guests can also enjoy all of the amenities which have come with the brand-new Grand Destino Tower.
