Cabana Bay Beach Resort Transportation 2024

One of the best things about staying on Universal Orlando Resort property is how easy transportation is. Cabana Bay Resort is within steps of Volcano Bay, making it super convenient to access the water park. You’re not going to waste a second with Universal’s convenient and free transportation options from Loews Cabana Bay Beach Resort in Orlando, Florida.

What are the transportation options at Universal Orlando Cabana Bay Beach hotel?

  • Resort Shuttle Busses – Shuttle busses pick guests up from the lobby area and run almost continuously. Just note that in the mornings, it can get rather busy, and you may have to wait for a couple of busses due to crowd levels. However, since Cabana Bay is a popular resort, the busses come extremely often. All resort busses drop guests off at the CityWalk entrance, which is a short walk to either theme park.
  • Walking – Walking is absolutely doable for guests traveling to Volcano Bay. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the private entrance to the water park. There is also a Garden Walkway that leads into CityWalk, which is about 30 minute walk, or a mile. The entrance is near Aventura Hotel and is accessible to all guests.

We do recommend using the bus transportation. You are going to be doing a lot of walking through out your time at Universal Orlando. You will thank yourself that you decided to take the bus over to the parks in the morning. Many guests ask and question whether it is even worth it to stay at Cabana Bay due to the bus transportation. From our experience, we have never waited more than 10 minutes for a bus. The bus transportation is highly reliable, fast and convenient.

Cabana Bay Parking

When staying at the Cabana Bay Beach Resort, parking will cost about $18 per night to park a car. For daytime guests, Universal Cabana Bay parking costs $8 for up to 30 minutes and $45 for an overnight stay. It is important to note that the Universal Orlando hotel parking fees are consistent across the board and it doesn’t matter which hotel you choose for your trip.
