How to Get Epic Universe Tickets

Epic Universe Park officially opens at Universal Orlando Resort on May 22nd, and select Epic Universe tickets are on sale now! At this point in time, guests can purchase multi-day Epic Universe tickets, Single-day Epic Universe tickets, Universal Express Passes, and Epic Universe vacation packages. It’s important to keep in mind that “multi-day” tickets include admission to the original theme parks Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and will only include ONE day admission to Epic Universe. At this time, you can not purchase multi-day ticket for Epic Universe. Guests can also add Universal Volcano Bay water park and upgrade to park-to-park tickets. However, the park-to-park portion of the ticket would not be valid for Epic Universe.

Tickets can be purchased directly through Universal Orlando website or with us at The Park Prodigy for additional savings. For early access, select groups including Annual Passholders, Universal hotel guests, Military Freedom Pass holders, and Universal Rewards Visa Signature card members can purchase preview tickets.

It’s also important to note that Universal has already confirmed that Epic Universe will be participating in early park admission, which we would absolutely love to take advantage of when visiting the parks. Early Park Admission Epic Universe will be for Super Nintendo World (Mario Kart Bowsers Challenge, MineCart Madness, and Yoshi’s Adventure) as well as Stardust Racers in Celestial Park.

1-Day Ticket: Enjoy one day of access to Universal Epic Universe. 1-Park 1-Day ticket products are also available for Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, and Universal Volcano Bay.

What’s the best way to purchase Epic Universe tickets right now?

The best way to purchase your Universal Epic Universe tickets is to bundle them with an official Universal Orlando vacation package. The main reason is, from our experience, most families typically purchase their theme park tickets 30-60 days away from their vacation. This is because ticket-only orders have to be paid in full at the time of booking and, in many situations, are non-refundable. This is typically not a huge deal for one-day tickets. However, on the flip side, guests who book an official Universal Orlando vacation package can do so with as little as $50 per person down, and they pay for their package over time. In many situations, they also have very flexible cancelation policies, so given the fact that we do have to wait for Epic Universe to open, we feel vacation packages are the best option at this point in time.

How can I buy one-day tickets to Epic Universe?

Yes! Guests can now purchase single day Epic Universe tickets. This would allow you one day of access to Universal Epic Universe theme park. The process is simple: select the date you wish to visit, choose the number of tickets you need, and complete your purchase. These tickets provide access to all the attractions and entertainment available on that specific day. It’s recommended to buy tickets in advance, especially during peak times, to ensure availability and potentially save on prices. Additionally, you may find vacation packages that could offer savings for multi-day visits.

Will Epic Universe tickets sell out?

From our experience buying our one-day Epic Universe tickets through our annual pass membership, it is possible for one-day tickets to sell out. Currently, Epic Universe 1 day tickets for the grand opening week tickets of the new park are sold out. It’s also unlikely for multi-day tickets to sell out for a certain date range. However, Universal has confirmed that it is possible for the new park to reach capacity, and at that point, no other guests would be allowed in until guests who are already in the park leave for the day. One of the tips and tricks we have been giving our clients is to always try to plan your day at Epic Universe as early into your vacation as possible to give yourself a few days to get in case it does reach capacity. We also highly recommend that all guests take advantage of early park admission, which is included with all of our multi-day ticket or hotel packages when possible to ensure they are some of the first guests in the park.

Do I have to make a reservation for Epic Universe?

Guests who purchase one of the multi-day Epic Universe ticket options do not have to make a reservation to get into Epic Universe. However, it is important to be mindful that Epic Universe can reach capacity, and for this reason, we always recommend visiting as early into your ticket usage window as possible and taking advantage of early park admission.

Will Epic Universe have Express Pass?

Universal Express Pass is available for purchase for Epic Universe. At the new park, the Universal Express Pass is valid for ONE TIME PER RIDE ONLY at participating rides and attractions each day that their pass is valid. This differs from the Universal Express Unlimited Pass which is still offered at Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Florida.
