The Festival of the arts 2022 dates are as follows:

So how long is the festival of the arts? Unfortunately Disney has not released the 2022 Festival of the arts dates. Historically the dates are held between January 8th – February 28th.

It’s important to note that the Festival of the Arts EPCOT 2022 dates have not been announced and we are still waiting on the exact park hours as well. It’s important to note that the anticipated date range make this one of our favorite festivals to visit at EPCOT. There simply isn’t a more enjoyable time of year to visit Florida than January and February.

Park Hours For Disney EPCOT Festival of the Arts 2022

The EPCOT International Festival of the Arts 2022 will be held during normal EPCOT operating hours. You can check out all of the EPCOT operating hours on our Disney Crowd Calendar!

It’s important to note that a large majority of the EPCOT Festival of Arts is held in World Showcase. For those who are not familiar with EPCOT, it is broken down into two lands (as of right now), Future World and World Showcase. Future World will open up first (typically around 9:00 AM), and World Showcase will open up at 11:00 AM.

We also found while visiting the festival of the Arts last year it is definitely a multi day event. This is especially true if you have a budding artist in your group. So plan at least two days for the 2022 Festival of the Arts.

With over 15 food booths and 2-3 pairings per booth this can be one of the more expensive days you spend at Disney. For the most part, tastings at each booth will run you between $5.00-$9.00 for food and $4.00-$10.00 for drinks. We are regulars at all EPCOT festivals specifically the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival. We love the theming of the food dishes at the Festival of the Arts. They are so cool and down right creative!

With that being said there are a ton of free things to do at the EPCOT Festival of the Arts. These include unique artist meet-and-greets, interactive art zones, and a family play zone for the kids.

What’s New at the Festival of Arts Disney 2022

Be their guest! Some of the newest entertainment at Epcot are three new films in honor of the Festival of the Arts. In the France pavilion theater, a new “Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along” will transport you into a classic tale as old as time. Over in Canada, the film “Canada Far and Wide in Circle-Vision 360” will feature a new storyline and new scenes. Lastly, The Land pavilion in Future World will debut, “Awesome Planet,” a new film highlighting the beauty and story of Earth.

Besides the new film additions, guests can look forward to Epcot’s new nighttime spectacular, HarmonioUS which we are hoping debuts in early 2022. Replacing Epcot Forever’s 20-year run, the new spectacular will feature fireworks, music, special lighting effects and choreographed kites on a journey through Epcot’s past, present and future.

Guests have also been waiting for additional information regarding the newest ride in EPCOTs France pavilions. Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure was expected to open in the summer of 2020 but has since been pushed. Fingers crossed we can experience this new attraction at the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts 2022.

On top of unforgettable exhibitions at the WDW Festival of the Art, you’ll also find artists hand painting beautiful landscapes throughout the World Showcase. Other times, you’ll see chalk artists creating gorgeous art pieces on the sidewalks of Epcot.

We feel the tons of live artists around World Showcase is one of the coolest aspects of this event. It was amazing to interact and meet so many famous Disney artists. As we’ll cover later in this post you also have the chance to purchase some amazing art from your favorite booths and artists!

Beyond those amazing experiences, Epcot Living Statues create roaming art.
