Disney’s Riviera Resort is an enchanting hotel options for guests looking to stay at Walt Disney World. The Riviera Resort has beautiful grand arways, modern and classic 20th-Century furnishings and a unique art collection perfectly curated for this resort. As Disney Passholders and frequent visitors, we think that the Riviera Resort Disney is top-notch and probably the best of the best!
That’s why we’ve written this guide, because we are frequent visitors of not only the rooms, but also the Disney Riviera Resort restaurants. Topolino’s Terrace gives guests a rooftop experience that can’t be beat, with even fireworks views at night.

Disney’s Riviera Resort is located in the EPCOT area of Walt Disney World, sort of the middle stop between EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. Disney’s Riviera Resort is on the Disney Skyliner route, nestled in between Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and EPCOT. The exact address of the Disney Riviera Resort is 1080 Esplanade Ave, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830.
Disney’s Riviera is one of the newest Disney Resorts, opening on December 16th, 2019 as a Disney Vacation Club resort. It is located in the EPCOT resort area and shares a space with Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.
Since Disney’s Riviera is branded as a DVC resort, guests get confused which tier is is, but we can help with that. Disney’s Riviera Resort is a deluxe tier resort, with the best accommodations, dining and rooms.
Yes, even though the Riviera is a Disney Vacation Club resort, anyone can book a room to stay here. As long as there are rooms available, guests can look to purchase as many nights as they want in the Riviera. Just know, since it is a deluxe resort, you will be paying more for those deluxe amenities.

Offering over 300 rooms ranging from deluxe studios to grand villas, this new resort is truly one to beat. In our opinion, you can’t go wrong with any room at this resort—you’ll immediately cozy up to the luxurious comforts and amenities available in every room style.
There are 300 rooms in the Rivera Disney Resort, which does make it one of the smaller resorts. There is a mix of studios and villas for small groups and larger groups with rooms that can fit up to 12. The room types include Tower Studios, Deluxe Studios, 1-Bedroom Villas, 2-Bedroom Villas, and 3-Bedroom Grand Villas.
Disney’s Riviera Resort is in the deluxe category, which makes it one of the most expensive resorts at Disney. Tower Studios start at about $450 per night, and 1-bedroom villas start at around $944 per night. Guests can pay upwards of $3500 per night for the 3-bedroom villas which can fit up to 12 guests.

Whether you decide to stay at this DVC property or not, we’d highly recommend visiting one of their unique dining locations. Discover delectable bites in each charming and elegant and authentic European-themed restaurants and bars. One of our favorite dining options at Disney’s Riviera Resort is Topolino’s Terrace, which is a rooftop restaurant.
We stop there nearly every single time for the character breakfast with Artist Mickey and some of the most delicious food on property! It is also one of the Disney Riviera Resort restaurants with fireworks views for the dinner service!
This rooftop bar offers breathtaking views of the Riviera Resort. Their signature dinner experience includes nearby sites of Epcot’s and Hollywood Studios nighttime shows. In the early morning hours, you can join Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Daisy for an intimate breakfast!
Le Petit Café is a charming venue located in the lobby of Disney’s Riviera Resort. This café offers a relaxing atmosphere where guests can enjoy a variety of beverages, pastries, and light snacks.
In the morning, Le Petit Café serves as a coffee bar, offering freshly brewed coffee and pastries. As the day progresses, it transitions into a lounge, serving cocktails, wine, and light bites. This dual nature makes it a versatile spot for both morning refreshments and evening relaxation.
The café’s name, Le Petit Café, is also featured in the 1970 classic Disney film, The Aristocats, adding a touch of Disney nostalgia to the venue.
European and Mediterranean style snacks and delectable drinks join forces at this impress pool bar. Bar Riva Disney has some of the most delicious poolside bar food too, like sticky chicken wings, baked brie, burgers and more!
Grab a quick bite or meal to go with this cute quick service location. All of Riviera Resort Disney restaurants are top-notch, so you will not be disappointed here either. Grab blueberry lemon pancakes in the morning, and for the evening lasagna, meatballs or more!

The Riviera Disney hotel is full of wonderful activities for families who love resort days during their vacation. Disney’s Riviera not only has pristine groups that are beautiful to walk, but there are also tons of activities pre planned for guests too! Our favorite activities are the human sized chess board, which are out on the activity lawn by the pool.
There is so much to do at the Walt Disney World Riviera, and we know that there be plenty of activities for the whole family.

Another wonderful perk of staying at the Riviera Resort at Disney is the transportation. Disney’s Riviera Resort is one of the few hotels that are on the Disney Skyliner route, which is the most convenient transportation options. Guests also have access to Disney busses while staying at the Riviera, which travel to all parks and Disney Springs. But if you are traveling to EPCOT or Hollywood Studios, we highly recommend flying in the sky on the Disney Skyliner!
