Universal Orlando Harry Potter World offers many magical adventures that witches and wizards will love like roller coasters, interactive wands, dining at the Leaky Cauldron, and so much more. Let’s start with the basics, you might be wondering “where is Harry Potter World?” Well, you’ll be happy to hear that there are 3 Harry Potter lands at Universal Orlando Resort

  • Hogsmeade Village (Islands of Adventure)
  • Diagon Alley (Universal Studios Florida)
  • Harry Potter and the Ministry of Magic (Epic Universe).

This 2 day Harry Potter World itinerary will ensure that your days are filled with all the wizarding magic offered across Universal Orlando Resort.

Key Strategies:

  • Early Park Admission (EPA): Crucial for shorter waits. Arrive one hour before EPA begins.
  • Rope Drop: If not using EPA, arrive 45 minutes before regular park opening to “rope drop” (be among the first in line).
  • Hagrid’s at Closing: Often has the shortest wait of the day just before park closing.
  • Park-to-Park Ticket: This is needed to spend 1 day at both Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley. It is also necessary to ride the Hogwarts Express.
  • Single Rider Line: If wait times are long and you don’t mind your party being split up, try the single rider line – especially on Escape from Gringotts. It can save you a lot of time.
  • Mobile Order: Download the Universal app and connect to the free WiFi to mobile order food at Harry Potter restaurants to save time.
