This is the main event — and it lives up to the hype. Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry has earned near-universal praise as one of the most ambitious theme park attractions ever built. The story takes place after the fall of Voldemort, as Dolores Umbridge faces trial for her crimes against Muggle-borns. But Umbridge, aided by surviving Death Eaters, attempts to escape and steal a Time-Turner. Guests board omnidirectional Ministry lifts and join Harry, Ron, Hermione, and a brand-new house-elf named Higgledy on a wild chase through the Ministry’s many departments.

Le Cirque Arcanus (Live Show)
Le Cirque Arcanus is the live theatrical show at the heart of Place Cachée, housed in a large red circus tent that is — true to wizarding fashion — considerably larger on the inside than the outside. The show follows ringmaster Skender, who has stolen Newt Scamander’s suitcase of magical creatures in a desperate bid to restore his failing circus to glory. It’s up to circus employee Gwenlyn to rescue the creatures — including a Demiguise, Diricawl, and Mooncalves — before they fall into Skender’s hands.
Pro Tip: Le Cirque Arcanus is a great option during the hottest part of the afternoon — it’s air-conditioned, seats up to 550 guests, and accessible for guests of all heights. Save it for your mid-day break from the sun rather than prioritizing it over the main ride.
Interactive Wands & Roaming Entertainment
Place Cachée is loaded with interactive experiences beyond the main attractions – just like Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade. Here, you can feel right in the magic by using interactive wands to cast immersive spells throughout the land.
Interactive Wands: Throughout the streets of wizarding Paris, marked spell locations allow guests to cast spells using interactive wands (the same wands that work in Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley also work here). Activate enchanted objects in storefront windows, reveal hidden magical creatures, and interact with fantastic beasts lurking around the land. Interactive wands purchased at any Universal Wizarding World location — including Cosme Acajor Baguettes Magiques right in Place Cachée — work throughout the land.
Roaming Characters: Guests encounter wizarding students from Hogwarts and Ilvermorny Schools of Witchcraft and Wizardry, a French Auror, and a Parisian wandmaker, Cosme Acajor as they wander the streets. A wizarding jazz band featuring Plume the Puffskein performs live in Place Cachée throughout the day, giving the land an authentic Parisian street-life atmosphere.
