These options include standard Universal Orlando base tickets and Universal Orlando park-t0-park tickets. Date Based Universal Orlando Tickets: With date-based tickets guests can now purchase discounted Universal Orlando tickets based on the dates you choose to visit the Universal theme parks. Prices will fluctuate based on off-peak seasons, and all tickets need to be used within a specific period.

All guests who purchase their Universal Orlando tickets from theparkprodigy.com will receive a ticket confirmation number directly from Universal. This confirmation number will be used to pick your tickets up from any of the ticket kiosks or will call booths at Universal Orlando. Yes! Very simply because we are a travel agency and not a ticket broker all of our Universal Orlando tickets come with Early Park Admission absolutely free. You will see “EPA” on the back of your ticket, and you do not need a Universal hotel key.
The Park Prodigy is a registered travel agency and must abide by the refund policies put forth by our vendors. All Universal Orlando tickets purchased through our online store are nontransferable and nonrefundable. However guests can always upgrade any wholly unused theme park tickets to visit during a different date.

Start date of the ticket must be selected at time of purchase.
Date-Based 3 Park Universal Orlando Discount Tickets: This ticket will entitle one (1) guest admission to either Universal Studios Florida , Islands of Adventure, or Universal’s Volcano Bay per day. (Unless guest purchases the Park-to-Park ticket) Ticket is valid for a range of 1,5,or 6 calendar day period which includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. Anytime 2 Park Universal Orlando Discount Tickets: This ticket will entitle one (1) guest admission to either Universal Studios Florida or Islands of Adventure per day. Ticket is valid for one year after the printed or electronically generated date on the ticket.

Your Universal Orlando ticket confirmation number will be emailed to each guest after purchase. You can use this electronic confirmation number to go straight to the ticket kiosk to redeem your tickets. It’s important that the party leader has their photo ID or credit credit card with matching name the first time you use your tickets.
