Florida Resident Universal Orlando tickets purchased through The Park Prodigy are non-refundable, but you can request a date change if your plans shift. Here's how it works:

• New date must be available for Florida Resident tickets (not blacked out)
• Any price difference for the new date must be paid before park entry
• Ticket must not yet be used — unused tickets can be changed

Yes — Universal allows guests to upgrade unused tickets at the park's Guest Services or at any ticket window. Common upgrades include:

• Adding the Park-to-Park option to a base ticket
• Adding an Epic Universe day to your existing ticket
• Adding a Universal Express Pass (when available)

You will pay the difference in price at the time of upgrade. Florida Resident pricing typically still applies as long as you have your proof of residency with you.

A Florida Resident base ticket gives you access to one park per day — you choose either Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay, or Epic Universe for each day of your ticket. A park-to-park ticket allows you to move freely between multiple parks on the same day and also gives you access to ride the Hogwarts™ Express between Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure. If you want the full Wizarding World of Harry Potter experience across both parks, the park-to-park ticket is the better choice.
