Cancellation Policy

• Tickets are not refundable or transferable.
  • We can always modify the reservation, as long as tickets have not been pricked up. You must visit Guest Services at the parks if you need to make changes after picking them up.

Event Hours

The event takes place from 7:00 PM to midnight. A theme park reservation is not required to enter the park at 4:00 PM or later. If you plan to arrive earlier than 4:00 PM, valid park admission for Magic Kingdom park will be required. A theme park reservation to Magic Kingdom park may also be required depending on your ticket type.

Event Check-In

Official check-in for the event will take place at the Main Entrance to Magic Kingdom park beginning at 4:00 PM, but the holiday party festivities don’t begin until 7:00 PM
