For cancellations made 1 day or less prior to guest arrival or for no-shows, the full price of the package is non-refundable.
Guest will be responsible for any cancellation fees assessed by an airline. In the case of a non-refundable airline ticket, the cancellation fee is equal to the entire ticket price. Cancellation of a refundable airline ticket must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled airline departure time. No refunds for airline tickets will be made after travel has commenced or if a flight is missed/delayed.
No refunds will be made for early departure from hotel and for unused or partially used admission tickets, options or features, including meals.

One of our favorite things that we love about the Disney World value resorts outside of their amazing budget-friendly prices is the over-the-top Disney theming. The value resorts have consistently been some of the best Disney hotels for families due to the large Disney statues found throughout each hotel.
Guests traveling to Disney World with larger groups can also take advantage of the suites at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. These suites can sleep up to 6 guests, and make them a great option of families looking for discount Disney World vacation packages. It’s also important to note that for guests who are looking to spend a lot of time at Hollywood Studios and EPCOT can travel in style on the brand-new Disney Skyliner which is located at both the Pop Century and Art of Animation Resort.

Disney Value Resort Cons
From our experience staying at all of the Disney value resorts, one of the biggest downsides is that the hotel rooms are located outside of the main building, very similar to a motel. We feel like this can sometimes be noisy, especially if you have a room facing one of the pools. Outside of that we also don’t love that there is only a food court and no sit-down restaurants. However, if guests plan to spend most of their time in the theme parks we don’t see this being a huge issue!

Disney World Moderate Resorts
Disney Moderate Resort Pros
One of our favorite things about staying at the Disney moderate resorts is the upgraded rooms with many of them recently going through renovations. Guests can also find specialty-themed rooms at some of the moderate hotels which is different when compared to the value resorts. There are also many rooms at the moderate resorts that can accommodate families of 5 which we feel can be harder to find at some of the other Disney hotels. We also love the added amenities such as nicer pools with slides and sit-down restaurants throughout all of the Disney moderate resorts. The brand-new Grand Destino Tower at the Disney Coronado Resort is also the perfect choice for families who want that luxury hotel tower feel at moderate prices. The Disney Caribbean Beach resort is also one of the newest hotels to be connected to the Disney Skyliner making it a great choice for families looking for a convenient way to get to the parks along with their 2023 Disney World package.

Disney Moderate Resort Cons
Very similar to the Disney value resorts one of the biggest cons at the moderate resorts is that many of the hotel rooms are located outside of the main building which can be noisy. We also don’t love just how big the moderate resort campuses can be with some of the busses making 3-4 stops throughout the resort to pick up and drop guests off.

- Disney Deluxe Resort Extra Evening Hours - Enjoy extra evening hours at some of the Disney World parks when you stay at a Disney deluxe resort.
Disney Deluxe Resort Pros
From our experience, Disney deluxe resorts offer the most luxurious experience and hotel rooms on the Disney World property. We also find them to have the most convenient transportation options with some of them being connected to the Disney World monorail and many others being within walking distance to the parks. On top of that the Disney deluxe resorts have some of our favorite pools and added amenities on the property. And of course, we can’t forget the best restaurants and bars on Disney property as well!

There really is not much that we don’t love about staying at the Disney deluxe resorts. However, we will say that one of the biggest cons is that they can book up extremely fast due to their popularity so we always highly recommend booking your discount Disney World vacation package as far in advance as possible. Especially since it will only cost you $200 down per room!

Do I have to pay for my vacation package in full today?
No, in fact as long as long as your reservation is made 31 days or more guests can reserve their vacation package for as little as $200.
Deposit and payment procedures:
For reservations made 31 days or more prior to guest arrival,a deposit of $200 per reservation will be due and must be received by Walt Disney Travel Co.,Inc. (“Disney”) within 3 days of booking the reservation or the reservation will automatically be cancelled. The total price of travel insurance is also due at the time insurance is requested. For reservations that include air transportation,the total price of airline tickets may be due at the time of booking. For reservations that include runDisney race registrations,the cost of such race registrations is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Payment in full is due to Walt Disney Travel Co.,Inc. 30 days prior to guest arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less prior to guest arrival, payment in full is due to Walt Disney Travel Co.,Inc. at time the reservation is made.
Is my package guaranteed once I book through The Park Prodigy?
Reservations are not guaranteed/ accepted until payment is confirmed by The Walt Disney Travel company with a confirmation number. However we make it our goal to complete your booking as seamless and quickly as possible! All package orders are submitted within minutes during our normal operating hours and first thing the following morning for packages purchased at night.

Disney is not responsible for the receipt of refund monies by guests from their travel agents.
