Disney – Important Ticket Details
Reservation Required for Park Entry
If you are planning to visit a Theme Park during your stay, please know that a Park reservation will be required for each day you plan to visit a Theme Park. To enter a Theme Park, each Guest ages 3 and up is required to have both a Park reservation and valid Park ticket for the same Park on the same date. Guests with a Park Hopper ticket will select the first theme park they wish to visit to begin their day; then they can visit the other park later that day after 1:00 PM. Theme Parks will be limited in capacity, and Park reservations are limited and subject to availability, restrictions, and change or cancellation at any time. Park attractions, restaurants, offerings and experiences may be modified or unavailable, have limited capacity and may be subject to limited availability or even closure. Park admission is not guaranteed, and a Hotel room reservation does not guarantee a Theme Park reservation. It is recommended that you make Theme Park reservations immediately after purchasing your ticket (or, if applicable, as soon as the booking window opens after purchasing your ticket). Availability can change until the Park reservation is finalized. To accommodate as many types of guests as possible, Park reservations for select dates may be made available on a rolling basis. The State of California strongly recommends that all Guests be fully vaccinated or obtain a negative COVID-19 test prior to entering the Disneyland Resort, and unvaccinated Guests must wear face coverings when indoors. Park Hopper Tickets
Guests with a Park Hopper ticket will select the first theme park they wish to visit to begin their day; then they can visit the other park later that day after 1:00 PM and go between the parks (based on availability).
Dining
At this time, Disney dining plans cannot be added to reservations.
Payment Options and Booking Procedures
For reservations made 31 days or more prior to guest arrival, a deposit of $200 per reservation (room) is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less prior to guest arrival, payment in full is due at time the reservation is made.

Cancellation and Refunds
For cancellations made 30 days or more prior to guest arrival, amounts paid, minus cancellation fees assessed by third party hotels or other suppliers, non-refundable air transportation, non-refundable runDisney race registrations, non-refundable travel protection plan costs, and other amounts owed, will be refunded.
For cancellations made 2 days to 29 days prior to guest arrival, amounts paid, minus a cancellation fee of $200.00 per package and minus any cancellation fees assessed by third party hotels or other suppliers, non-refundable air transportation, non-refundable runDisney race registrations, non-refundable travel protection plan costs, and other amounts owed, will be refunded.
Change Fees and Changes to Reservations Made Prior to Guest Arrival
Changes to Reservation – Changes to reservation, including but not limited to change in travel dates, length of stay, party size or hotel accommodations, are subject to availability and the prices applicable at the time the change is requested and guest is responsible for paying any increase in price resulting from the change. In addition, changes made 30 days or less prior to guest arrival are also subject to a change fee of $50 per package plus any change fees assessed by third party hotels or other suppliers.
